About the Role

Project Start Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Field Service Coordinator to join our team. As a Field Service Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our machinery service and maintenance business.

Job Summary

  • Taking service calls and assisting in distributing workload efficiently.
  • Updating customers on progress and obtaining work authorization promptly.
  • Creating job cards and invoicing jobs in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a positive reputation for Project Start Recruitment Solutions.
  • Assisting with depot operations, including managing inventory, stock control, and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Maintaining health and safety records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Dealing with warranty administration, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proven track record of excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Organized and diligent approach with the ability to work to deadlines.
  • Technical experience or knowledge of construction, agriculture, or groundcare would be advantageous.
  • Full UK driving license, with willingness to travel extensively throughout the region.

Requirements

  • IT literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Strong numeracy skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
