We are seeking a highly skilled Data Coordinator to join our team at the Glacier Energy office in Glasgow, UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and processing all Payroll related tasks, maintaining payroll records, and ensuring compliance with HMRC requirements.

About the Role
  • Process employee clock-in information and payroll information on Opera, ensuring all appropriate deductions are made.
  • Export and upload information to the bank for payment, and deal with all queries regarding payroll from both staff and outside agencies including HMRC.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in all aspects of Payroll and excellent interpersonal skills. They should also have good organisational and time management skills, as well as a willingness to learn from others and share best practice.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including life assurance, 33 days holiday per annum (inclusive of company recognised public holidays), and an employee assistance programme offering health and wellbeing via a smartphone app.
