Aircraft Spare Parts Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Aircraft Spare Parts Coordinator to join our team at Outsource UK Ltd.

This role requires the ability to oversee the tracking, registration, and movement of aircraft assets, ensuring compliance with Mil Pt 145 standards. You will play a critical role in maintaining the availability of aircraft spares by processing logistics data accurately and efficiently.

About the Position:
  • Oversight of aircraft spares control and accountability throughout maintenance servicing from receipt to scheduled delivery.
  • Accurate input and maintenance of inventory data using TMF Logs, IMS systems, and RAF MJDI systems.
  • Compliance with Mil Pt 145 regulations in all logistics and inventory transactions.
Main Responsibilities:
  1. Oversight of aircraft spares control and accountability throughout maintenance servicing from receipt to scheduled delivery.
  2. Accurate input and maintenance of inventory data using TMF Logs, IMS systems, and RAF MJDI systems.
  3. Compliance with Mil Pt 145 regulations in all logistics and inventory transactions.
  4. Availability for scheduled night shifts and adapt working hours as needed.
  5. IT literacy and comfort working with data management systems.
Essential Skills:
  • Experience with RAF Supply Chain and logistics operations, preferably with Typhoon or similar programs.
  • Knowledge of Mil Pt145 / Pt M regulations.
  • Proficiency in RAF Logistics MJDI system and other supply chain IT systems.

The estimated hourly rate for this position is £18.21 (PAYE) or £23.67 (UMBRELLA), making it an attractive opportunity for individuals looking to advance their careers in inventory control and logistics.

This fixed-term contract is set for 5 months, providing stability and security for those who want to gain experience in a dynamic environment.

The working hours are full-time (37 hours/week), Monday-Friday, with day and night shifts required, allowing you to develop your time management skills and adaptability.
