Adventure Education Programme Lead

We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to drive the development of our L2 & L3 Adventure Education provision at Plumpton College.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment in Adventure and Sport topics to students studying at level 2 and 3. This will involve supporting students to maximise their potential and developing practical skills and underpinning theoretical knowledge for a career in the Adventure and Sport industry.
The role requires a degree or equivalent in outdoor education, as well as a relevant teaching qualification. Recent industry experience and the ability to build relationships with external partners and clients are also essential. If you have a passion for inspiring young people to experience the world of adventure education and sport, we would love to hear from you.
Plumpton College offers a competitive salary, 37 days holiday plus bank holidays, and up to 5 efficiency closure days at Christmas.
