We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Product Genius. As a Product Genius, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert knowledge on all products within your allocated dealership
  • Keep all dealership staff up to date with the latest information on products
  • Use your knowledge to assist customers in a non-pressured environment
  • Support marketing activity by taking imagery of vehicles and utilizing digital and social media platforms
  • Actively learn and share your expertise with customers
  • Direct customers to Sales when an interest to buy becomes apparent
  • Plan, coordinate and deliver brilliant test drive experiences
  • Assist with customer handovers by demonstrating and setting up new vehicles
Requirements:
  • A confident and engaging individual with excellent communication skills
  • A passion for automotive technology and a willingness to keep up to date with latest innovations and trends

  • Competent IT skills and a Full Driver's License
