About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our dedicated team at Merco Medical Staffing Limited. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be at the heart of patient care, assessing, creating, and implementing tailored treatment plans to empower service users and promote choice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and develop treatment plans to meet the needs of individuals with acquired brain injuries and other neurological conditions.
  • Work closely with health and social care professionals to deliver exceptional care and support.
  • Ensure the right equipment is available and maintained for optimal patient care.
  • Keep precise records that meet professional standards.
  • Share your expertise and contribute to a positive, collaborative working environment.

About You:

We are looking for a qualified Occupational Therapist with a Diploma / BSc (Hons) in Occupational Therapy, registered with the Health & Care Professions Council, and committed to continuous professional development.

Requirements:

  • Strong clinical reasoning and OT assessments and interventions skills.
  • Confident working independently, setting priorities, and managing risks.
  • An excellent communicator with a talent for building strong relationships.
  • IT-savvy with knowledge of relevant legislation.
  • Experience in a relevant setting is a bonus.
