Job Title: Occupational Therapist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized intervention plans using clinical reasoning.
  • Assess and manage risk in relation to occupational performance, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.
  • Provide neurorehabilitation and long-term complex care for individuals with neurological conditions.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care and effective treatment plans.
  • Educate and support clients, families, and caregivers on adaptive strategies and equipment to enhance independence.
Requirements:
  • BSc (Hons) / Diploma in Occupational Therapy.
  • Valid OT license and registration (HCPC).
  • Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
