Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team at Willing Care. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping individuals regain independence and lead fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized intervention plans using clinical reasoning.
- Assess and manage risk in relation to occupational performance, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.
- Provide neurorehabilitation and long-term complex care for individuals with neurological conditions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care and effective treatment plans.
- Educate and support clients, families, and caregivers on adaptive strategies and equipment to enhance independence.
- BSc (Hons) / Diploma in Occupational Therapy.
- Valid OT license and registration (HCPC).
- Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
