About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our dedicated team in Ipswich. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be at the heart of patient care, assessing, creating, and implementing tailored treatment plans to empower service users and promote choice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and develop treatment plans to meet the needs of individuals with acquired brain injuries and other neurological conditions.
  • Work closely with health and social care professionals to deliver exceptional care and support.
  • Ensure the right equipment is available and maintained for optimal patient care.
  • Keep precise records that meet professional standards.
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative working environment and share your expertise with the team.

About You:

We are looking for a qualified Occupational Therapist with a Diploma / BSc (Hons) in Occupational Therapy and registration with the Health & Care Professions Council. You will be committed to continuous professional development and have strong clinical reasoning skills.

Requirements:

  • Qualified with a Diploma / BSc (Hons) in Occupational Therapy.
  • Registered with the Health & Care Professions Council.
  • Committed to continuous professional development.
  • Skilled in OT assessments and interventions with strong clinical reasoning.
  • Confident working independently, setting priorities, and managing risks.
  • An excellent communicator with a talent for building strong relationships.
  • IT-savvy with knowledge of relevant legislation.
