About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Sports Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sports coaching and a commitment to educating athletes of all skill levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement effective training programmes tailored to the needs of individual athletes and teams.
  • Conduct regular practice sessions, ensuring that all participants are engaged and learning.
  • Educate athletes on the rules, strategies, and techniques of their respective sports.
  • Monitor athlete performance and provide constructive feedback to encourage improvement.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating environment that promotes teamwork and sportsmanship.
  • Organise and lead team meetings to discuss goals, strategies, and performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure a cohesive approach to athlete development.
  • Maintain records of athlete progress and attendance during training sessions.

About You:

  • Strong knowledge of sports coaching principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate athletes effectively.
  • Ability to motivate individuals and teams while fostering a supportive atmosphere.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage training schedules and athlete records.
  • Patience and adaptability when working with athletes of varying skill levels.
  • A passion for sports and a commitment to promoting physical fitness among participants.
