Job SummaryWe're seeking an exceptional Pricing Outcomes and Incident Management Specialist to join our Motor Retail tribe. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring we're operating safely, in line with all legislation and regulation, and resolving incidents quickly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Evidencing compliance with legislation, regulation, and internal governance and control frameworks, and providing oversight of processes.
- Improving control processes, ensuring efficiency and consistency with other products, and acting as a role model for effective controls and governance.
- Presenting findings to senior business leadership on compliance and control outcomes.
- Triaging and managing incidents, liaising with Pricing and Customer Operations teams to ensure issues are fully understood and resolved at pace.
We're looking for enthusiastic, passionate, and curious individuals with pricing, underwriting, and pricing implementation backgrounds. Key skills include:
- Strong understanding of pricing algorithms and underwriting rules.
- Experience of managing changes to algorithms.
- Understanding of key legislation and regulation applying to motor insurance.
- Strong problem-solving and investigation skills.
- Ability to communicate complex information simply.
