Incident Management Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Incident Management Specialist to join our team at DGH Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Major Incidents within shift and out-of-hours rotations.
  • Oversee and drive Incident Management activities, including resolution of Major Incidents.
  • Collaborate with technical leads to improve IT service reliability and customer experience.
  • Drive reactive and proactive Problem Management activities, analyzing data to inform incident response.

Requirements:

  • Experience in managing complex system failures and issues.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate technical teams during high-pressure situations.
  • Deep knowledge of service management processes, particularly Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
  • Proficiency in producing statistics and reports using PowerBI, ServiceNow, and MS Products.
