About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Pricing Outcomes and Incident Management Specialist to join our Motor Retail team at Direct Line Group. As a key member of our Pricing and Underwriting function, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of our pricing algorithms and incident management processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evidencing compliance with legislation, regulation, and internal governance and control frameworks
  • Improving control processes for efficiency and consistency
  • Presentation of findings to senior business leadership
  • Triage and management of incidents/defects

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of pricing algorithms and underwriting rules
  • Experience in managing changes to algorithms
  • Knowledge of key legislation and regulation applying to motor insurance
  • Strong problem-solving and investigation skills
  • Ability to communicate complex information simply
