About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Asset Manager to join our team at RGB Recruitment Ltd. As a Senior Construction Asset Manager, you will play a vital role in managing our clients' construction assets, ensuring they are maintained and operated efficiently.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in plant management, with a strong understanding of health and safety regulations and procedures. You will be responsible for overseeing quality control, monitoring health and safety, and working closely with our clients to ensure their construction projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain a fleet of heavy machinery and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition and compliant with all relevant regulations
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor the operation of our clients' construction projects and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs associated with construction asset management
  • Work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their construction asset management requirements
Requirements
  • Degree in engineering or related field (e.g., HNC/HND, NVQ 4/5)
  • Proven experience in plant management, preferably in the civil engineering industry
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary, estimated to be around £45,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a generous basic salary, we offer a range of benefits, including use of a company vehicle, overtime opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package.
