Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our team at Restore Records Management. As an Internal Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our valued customers, identifying new sales opportunities, and promoting our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales and business growth
- Work collaboratively with our team to achieve high standards of business excellence
- Provide exceptional customer service, supporting customers with queries, quotations, and orders
- Proactively manage and regularly contact customers to ensure their needs are met
About You:
- You will have experience in developing relationships and promoting services
- You will be able to identify new sales opportunities and have a passion for excellence
- You will be resilient, confident, and tenacious with an engaging personality
- You will be able to communicate effectively with a varied range of people and decision makers
- You will be a self-starter, eager to learn, and able to work as a team
