Sales Account Manager

As a Sales Account Manager with Aspire Jobs, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and driving sales growth and revenue for our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identify new business opportunities, and negotiate deals.
- Sales Performance: Monitor sales activity, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators to optimize results and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to provide support and incentives for cross-selling, networking, and referrals.
- Client Communication: Establish open and transparent communication with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
The successful candidate will have commercial insurance experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as flexible working arrangements, 25 days holiday, and pension Auto Enrolment with an employer contribution of 6% and employee contribution of 2%.
