We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Procter and Street, a well-established company in the Civil Engineering sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing project costs, implementing precise measurement and valuation processes, and monitoring subcontractor performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage project costs, ensuring accuracy and adherence to budgets.
- Implement precise measurement and valuation processes for groundworks projects.
- Monitor subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
- Provide regular financial reports and updates on project financial status.
