Personnel Security Risk Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Risk Assurance Coordinator to join our team at Leonardo. As a global leader in Aerospace, Defence, and Security, we require an individual who can provide expert security advice and support to our business.
Key Responsibilities- Security Policy Development: Develop and implement security policies and procedures to ensure the protection of our personnel, assets, and business operations.
- Travel Risk Management: Assess, mitigate, and approve travel security risks, providing necessary support to our business travelers.
- Threat Intelligence: Analyze, interpret, and report on threat intelligence for our sites, employees, and assets.
- Collaboration and Communication: Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maximize the use of travel and threat intelligence sources.
- Security Awareness and Training: Contribute to security-related business planning and support awareness, education, and training initiatives.
- Experience: Proven experience in interpreting and implementing security policies and guidelines.
- Skills: Strong planning, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with security standards, travel risk management, and intelligence, as well as knowledge of security issues, transportation systems, and operational risks in international travel.
