Job SummaryWe're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Assistant to join our team in London. As a Support Assistant, you'll work closely with individuals who require assistance with daily living tasks, such as personal care, household chores, and social activities.
Key Responsibilities- Assist individuals with daily living tasks, including personal care, dressing, and feeding.
- Support with household chores, meal preparation, and cleaning.
- Accompany individuals to social events, appointments, and activities.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A caring and empathetic approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends.
We offer a competitive salary starting at £15 per hour, plus holiday and pension benefits.
Training and DevelopmentWe provide comprehensive training for The Care Certificate, First Aid, Health and Safety, and Being a Personal Assistant, all of which are fully funded by us.
