Physiotherapist for Primary Care

We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our team in providing excellent primary care first contact MSK services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality clinical practice, including skills related to independent prescribing, injection therapy, and investigation when trained to do so.
Main Responsibilities- Manage complex interactions with patients, including those with psychosocial and mental health needs, and refer to social prescribing when appropriate.
- Deliver programmes of supported patient self-management, facilitating behavioural change, optimising physical activity, mobility, and independence, and minimising the need for pharmacological interventions.
- Minimum 5 years post-graduate physiotherapy experience, including 3 years of relevant MSK clinical experience.
- Fully HCPC registered physiotherapist.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
