About Our Organisation

We are a leading property company based in Coalville, seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team.

Job Overview

This role reports directly to the HR Shared Service Manager and provides first-line support for day-to-day HR queries, ensuring exceptional customer service to all stakeholders in line with agreed SLAs.

  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters, including performance management, absence management, conduct challenges, grievance processes, disciplinary procedures, and family-friendly processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using our internal HR and Payroll Systems and the intranet to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with Line Managers to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, advising on necessary steps as required.
  • Work closely with the payroll team to ensure seamless monthly/weekly payroll runs.
  • Support Line Managers in recruiting new employees through our Company's recruitment system, providing guidance on best practice and challenging any non-compliance.
  • Deliver high-quality induction processes for new starters, ensuring they have the necessary tools and supporting documentation to excel in their roles.
