We are a leading property company based in Coalville, seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team.
Job OverviewThis role reports directly to the HR Shared Service Manager and provides first-line support for day-to-day HR queries, ensuring exceptional customer service to all stakeholders in line with agreed SLAs.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters, including performance management, absence management, conduct challenges, grievance processes, disciplinary procedures, and family-friendly processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using our internal HR and Payroll Systems and the intranet to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with Line Managers to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, advising on necessary steps as required.
- Work closely with the payroll team to ensure seamless monthly/weekly payroll runs.
- Support Line Managers in recruiting new employees through our Company's recruitment system, providing guidance on best practice and challenging any non-compliance.
- Deliver high-quality induction processes for new starters, ensuring they have the necessary tools and supporting documentation to excel in their roles.
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Reliable transportation to commute to Coalville
- Prior experience working in shared service roles and/or HR functions
- A 5-day working week with two days of remote work
- A competitive salary: £28,000 per annum
