We are looking for a highly skilled Policy Administration Specialist to join our team at White Bear. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £38,000 - £45,000 per annum.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing technical and operational support to the Syndicate Underwriting teams through the analysis and processing of key policy data.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Supporting the credit control process by reviewing data and resolving queries within the Policy Admin System.
  • Processing bureau market messaging data to ensure accurate monitoring of outstanding premiums.
  • Contributing to the reconciliation of premium settlements to written premium records for Consortia and other facilities when required.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to improve data quality and implement changes.
  • Providing regular reports to stakeholders to facilitate accurate outstanding premium monitoring.
  • Producing regulatory returns, such as Lloyd's PMD.
  • Actioning Lloyd's Insurance Company (LIC) bureau queries on behalf of underwriting teams.
  • Clearing underwriting Data Validations.

To be successful in this role, you will need good Excel and Office 365 skills, with some experience in the Lloyd's market and understanding of bureau messaging.
