Key Responsibilities- Assist in the maintenance and repair of buildings, equipment, and facilities to ensure they are safe and fit for purpose.
- Conduct regular checks and audits to identify and address any faults or defects.
- Liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely and effective maintenance and repairs.
- Assist in the coordination of maintenance schedules and tasks.
- Provide support to the facilities team in maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Previous experience in a maintenance or facilities role.
- Good DIY skills and ability to work independently.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
