Account Coordinator

Position: Full time (35hr per week), permanent
Location: Hybrid
The Client Services Coordinator will work alongside the Client Services team, supporting the team's focus on the servicing and retention of our extensive client portfolio.
- Building on existing templates to set-up and populate documents such as critical paths, annual calendars, briefing documents, sponsorship assets trackers, guest lists, and cheat sheets.
- Distilling clients' contracts and highlighting the key milestones, deadlines, and KPIs to the Client Services team.
- Working closely with internal stakeholders and attending planning meetings.
- Supporting the coordination of key client tasks for international and regional clients for our 8 annual event programmes.
- Directly managing some of the smaller client accounts as their first point-of-contact.
- Ad hoc administration duties for the Operations Director and fulfilling any necessary duties delegated by the Operations Director and Senior Client Services Manager.
- Attending face-to-face meetings with key clients on an ad hoc basis.
- Attending international events on an ad hoc basis.
- Supporting the Event Management team with administration duties such as marketing collaterals, guest list, flight and accommodation logistics.
A high level of IT competency specifically with Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Proven track record of strong relationship building skills with excellent client care.
