About the Role

We are seeking a talented Lead Systems Engineer to join our diverse team in creating innovative solutions for complex problems.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our national security and defence business and engineering teams within the UK and internationally.

  • Developing complex products using systems engineering practices across the engineering 'V-model'.
  • Applying systems engineering tools (e.g. DOORS, Cameo) and applicable languages (SysML).
  • Managing engineering work packages to deliver value outcomes, including coordination with multi-disciplinary teams and international partners.
  • Able to develop and grow your systems engineering skills.
  • Comfortable working with spiral lifecycles in an agile environment.

Clearance Requirements: British - non-dual national

Salary Range: £60,000 - £90,000 per annum
