**Job Title:** Engineering Project Lead

**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Engineering Project Lead to join our team in Farnborough, UK.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and to the required quality standard.

As Engineering Project Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing project plans, managing resources and budgets, and coordinating with stakeholders.

You will work closely with the project leadership team to ensure successful project delivery.

You will communicate project status and progress to senior management and stakeholders.

You will maintain high-quality documentation and records.

You will develop and implement best practices and process improvements.

You will foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.

You will promote innovation and continuous improvement.

You will ensure effective communication and collaboration between teams.

You will manage conflicts and disagreements within the team.

You will prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans

**Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or computer science

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
