About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team at Firefly Collection. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, converting enquiries into luxury villa and ski chalet bookings, and creating bespoke holiday proposals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their holiday requirements and preferences.
  • Sales Performance: Achieve sales performance targets by converting enquiries into bookings and exceeding revenue goals.
  • Holiday Proposal Creation: Design and create bespoke holiday proposals that meet the needs and expectations of our clients.
  • Pre-Travel Arrangements: Organize and coordinate pre-travel arrangements for clients, including booking transfers, ski lessons, and special requests.
  • Portfolio Development: Familiarize yourself with our portfolio of luxury ski chalets and villas by traveling to properties, meeting with owners/operators, and experiencing our first-class service.
  • Ad Hoc Projects: Assist in other ad hoc projects and activities to help with marketing and the growth of the business, such as finding new properties, writing blog posts, and creating social media content.
Requirements
  • Articulate Communication: Possess a confident and well-spoken telephone manner.
  • Sales Experience: Have experience in sales and working in a target-driven environment.
  • Ski Industry Knowledge: Be familiar with skiing and ski resorts.
  • Availability: Be available to work Monday to Thursday, 9am to 6pm, with occasional weekend and bank holiday work during peak season.
