About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Radis Community Care. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, enabling them to maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as personal care, mobility, and meal preparation
  • Support residents with physical and mental stimulation through recreational and social activities
  • Encourage residents to make informed decisions about their care and support
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
