Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Livability Treetops. As a Support Worker - Bank Enabling, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities.

About the Role

This is a bank enabling support worker position, which means you will work on an ad-hoc basis to cover shifts and provide support to our service users. You will be responsible for delivering person-centered care, promoting independence, and supporting individuals to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities, promoting independence and dignity at all times.
  • Deliver person-centered care, taking into account the unique needs and preferences of each individual.
  • Support individuals to achieve their goals and aspirations, whether personal, social, or vocational.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless and effective service delivery.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans, ensuring they are tailored to meet the needs of each service user.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you remain up-to-date with best practices and regulations.
