Green Care Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Green Care Coordinator to join our team at Camphill Village Trust. As a key member of our Green Care team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Regional Green Care Manager in leading the delivery of high-quality training and educational pathways, and nature-based activities for adults with learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement educational and training activities that promote healthy lifestyles, green care, and outdoor work.
- Lead and manage the delivery of high-quality, caring, and equitable services to adults with learning disabilities, ensuring person-centered outcomes and opportunities for development and progression.
- Support Programme Leads in developing individualized plans for participants, assessing their skills and interests, identifying barriers to progression, and developing strategies to overcome these barriers.
- Assist the Regional Manager in securing funding for programme activities and ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
- Champion the introduction of new delivery methods and ensure they are embedded in the team.
- Ensure qualified, experienced, and highly motivated staff are safely, fairly, and effectively recruited, inducted, trained, developed, supervised, and appraised.
- Responsible for ensuring the quality of services by efficiently managing and monitoring service delivery, conducting regular reviews and audits, and reporting non-compliance or critical incidents.
- Ensure people accessing Green Care opportunities have regular assessment of their needs, regular reviews with social workers, family members, and key workers, and up-to-date support plans are in place.
- Build and maintain excellent working relationships with key stakeholders, including local authorities, funders, and regulators, to promote and secure Camphill Village Trust's reputation and profile.
- Level 3 qualification or above in Health and Social Care.
- Full driving license.
- PC literate.
