About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to oversee our 5-bed adult Residential Service supporting individuals with complex learning disabilities, autism, and other complex needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of day-to-day operations, including staff management and collaboration with the quality team.
  • Efficient delivery and development of the service, working closely with the Regional Manager to ensure high-quality care.
  • Liaising with stakeholders to ensure seamless support for service users.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous management experience in a residential or supported living setting.
  • Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and/or complex needs.
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Health and Social Care.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a management position as either a Deputy Manager or Home Manager.
