Trainee Property Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee Property Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and tenants, while also developing your skills and knowledge in residential property management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with tenants and landlords to ensure seamless communication and resolution of any issues.
  • Manage and coordinate property viewings, valuations, and inspections.
  • Book and manage maintenance and repair works, ensuring timely completion and minimal disruption to tenants.
  • Update our CRM system accurately and efficiently, ensuring all data is up-to-date and accessible.
  • Conduct property inspections and provide detailed reports to clients.
  • Build strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and contractors, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • A genuine passion for the property industry, with a background in lettings or property administration.
  • A full UK driving licence and own transport, with the ability to travel to various locations.
  • Confident, personable, and professional, with excellent IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Strong team player with a positive and proactive attitude, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
