Commercial Property Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Property Manager to join our team at Reset Recruitment Ltd. As a Commercial Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of commercial properties, ensuring that they are maintained to the highest standards and that our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the maintenance and repair of commercial properties, including arranging works and liaising with external agencies.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and arrange works where required, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Service charge accounting in accordance with RICS Service Charge and ARMA guidelines.
  • Liaise with clients via phone, email, and correspondence, providing regular updates and reports.
  • Negotiate utility contracts and liaise with providers, ensuring the best possible deals for our clients.
  • Provide reports to clients, including engineering insurance reports, and agree budgets for property management issues.
  • Meet with clients as required, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the service provided.
  • Ensure all client information is collated and filed accurately, and manage diaries to ensure that all appointments and meetings are scheduled correctly.
Requirements:
  • Proven background in commercial block management, with a strong understanding of block management legislation and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong business relationships.
  • IRPM qualified or happy to undertake the qualifications.
  • Full UK driving licence and own transport, with the ability to travel to various locations as required.
  • Good understanding of property management software and systems, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • A natural problem solver with the ability to remain calm under pressure, and a strong attention to detail.
