We are currently working in partnership with a manufacturing company, who are looking to appoint a permanent HR Coordinator to support their business operations.
This is a full-time position based in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with 5 days on-site and an annual salary of £27,088.50.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in dealing with all general HR queries and administration, providing exceptional support to the HR Manager and line managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting with employee lifecycle processes, including updating starters and leavers on the HR system
- Serving as a point of contact for general HR enquiries and providing HR advice on policy, best practices, and processes
- Working with line managers and the HR Manager to monitor the timely production of appraisals, skills matrices, and training plans to ensure efficient completion
- Updating and maintaining the time and attendance system, as well as other data systems
- Assisting with general HR administration, including producing letters, contracts of employment, and induction packs
- Supporting with the arrangements and organisation of new start inductions and training
- Assisting with the administration for recruitment and selection processes, including updating starters and leavers on the system
Requirements:
- Experience as a point of contact for all general HR related queries
- Ability to manage the HR inbox and respond to queries in a timely manner
- Organising training and induction packs for new starters
