Nurse - Outpatient Dialysis

At DaVita, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in an outpatient dialysis center. As a Nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families dealing with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in an intimate outpatient setting.
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis machines.
- Support patients with multiple co-morbidities, requiring unique treatment plans and a broad range of nursing skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing.
- Experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) is preferred but not required.
