We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita in Cheltenham, Pennsylvania. As a Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our dialysis center.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing dialysis treatments.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Conduct patient assessments, identify potential complications, and take appropriate action to prevent or manage them.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest dialysis techniques and best practices.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a dialysis setting or related field.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs).
