Job Summary

The Cash Applications Team Lead will provide crucial support to the Cash Applications team, working closely with the Cash Applications Manager to ensure seamless operations across the EMEA region. This role is responsible for supporting the team in meeting targets, including timely cash allocation, reducing unallocated cash, and processing month-end bank reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the outsource partner to drive team performance and meet targets
  • Assist in driving continuous improvement to Cash Apps processes, focusing on efficiency and accuracy
  • Support the team with professional and personal development, including onboarding new staff and assisting with the onboarding of new work
  • Provide ad-hoc assistance to the Cash Applications Manager, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations

Qualifications

ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience managing a small team in a senior/supisory role
  • Strong Excel skills and previous experience using SAP or Oracle ERPs
  • Basic accounting knowledge and adaptability to change
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to complete tasks to a high standard in a time-sensitive environment
