Cash Applications Team Leader

Informa Global Support is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cash Applications Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our Cash Applications team, you will be responsible for supporting the team and aiding the Cash Applications Manager in covering the EMEA region across both SAP and Oracle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with our outsource partner to ensure seamless cash application processes.
  • Drive the team to meet targets, including timely allocation of cash received and reduction of unallocated cash.
  • Assist with the processing of month-end bank reconciliations and provide ad-hoc support to the Cash Applications Manager.
  • Help drive continuous improvement to Cash Apps processes and assist with the onboarding of new staff and work.
Qualifications:
  • Experience managing a small team in a senior/supervisory role.
  • Strong Excel knowledge and previous experience using SAP or Oracle ERPs.
  • Basic accounting knowledge and high adaptability to change.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to complete tasks to a high standard in a time-sensitive environment.
  • Previous working knowledge of banking platforms and experience working with an offshore team.
