We are currently recruiting for a support professional to join our team at one of our schools in Northampton on a full-time, permanent, term-time only basis. As a senior education support assistant, you will work closely with our teaching staff to ensure that all students receive the best possible education and achieve their full potential.
About the RoleYour key responsibilities will include:
- Providing additional learning support to students
- Supporting teachers in the classroom
- Contributing to the development of educational resources
- Maintaining outstanding behaviour within the school community
We offer a competitive salary of £27,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as pension scheme, life assurance, and access to training and development opportunities.
