Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SEN Teacher to join our team. As a SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for designing and delivering inclusive lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver high-quality, inclusive lessons that meet the needs of students with SEN
- Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with colleagues and external professionals
- Monitor student progress and adjust lesson plans accordingly
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Teaching certification or equivalent experience
- Experience working with students with SEN and their families
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
