Job Overview: We are looking for a talented KS1 Teacher to join our team on a long-term contract in Northampton. Our client is a vibrant primary school committed to delivering high-quality education.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a stimulating and supportive learning environment that promotes the academic and personal development of young learners. As a Key Stage 1 Teacher, you will plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum, assess and monitor student progress, and provide feedback and support to ensure every child reaches their potential.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs.
  • Monitor student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student engagement and motivation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and guardians to support student learning and well-being.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievements.
