The Role

The purpose of this role is to assist the Finance Manager with all aspects of accounting. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of transactional duties, including managing and processing invoices, reconciling accounts and bank statements, and assisting with month-end preparation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and process invoices in a timely and accurate manner
  • Reconcile accounts and bank statements to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Assist with month-end preparation and reporting, including preparing financial statements and reports
  • Follow up on overdue debts and maintain accurate financial records
Desirable Skills
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
  • Working towards an AAT (or equivalent) qualification
  • Strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail
