Senior Accountant

TPF Recruitment, a leading accountancy practice recruitment agency in the South-East, is seeking an experienced Senior Accounts & Outsourcing Manager to join a reputable firm of chartered accountants. This is an exciting opportunity to progress in your career with a market-leading practice, offering lots of client exposure and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities- Be the primary contact for a portfolio of clients, providing exceptional service and support.
- Manage a team of bookkeepers/management accounts who will process data on behalf of clients.
- Prepare statutory financial statements and audit files for client auditors.
- Contribute to building and maintaining a strong client base for the practice.
- Develop and allocate work to junior team members, fostering their growth and development.
- A qualified, senior accountant with experience managing a portfolio of clients.
- Previous experience in accounts and outsourcing, with a strong understanding of financial management.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- A team player with good leadership qualities, able to motivate and guide junior team members.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Good IT skills and knowledge of emerging technologies, with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes.
- Strong communication skills, both internally and with external clients and stakeholders.
- Strong technical capability in accounting and taxation, with a deep understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
A highly competitive salary of £60,000 - £78,000, dependent on experience and background, negotiable. A comprehensive benefits package is also on offer, including a range of perks and rewards.
