Job Title: Poultry Farm Manager - Laying Farm

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Poultry Farm Manager to join our client's dynamic team in Carlisle. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the laying farm, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing ventilation, heating, feed, water, and lighting to create the perfect environment for the birds to thrive.
- Keeping detailed and accurate records of bird health, food supplies, and supplier interactions.
- Using expertise to make sound decisions autonomously, especially when covering for the Farm Manager.

Requirements:
- Previous management or supervisory experience in poultry.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Capable of working autonomously when required to cover the Farm Manager.
- Excellent communicator.

Package:
- Salary £30,500.
- Bonus Scheme.
- 3 bedroom property.
