Store Maintenance Specialist

Lidl is seeking a skilled Store Maintenance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our store, ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.
About the Job
This is a part-time position that requires a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. You will work closely with our store management team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the store.
Responsibilities
* Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning surfaces
* Operate industrial cleaning machinery as needed
* Clean the welfare area, including toilets, waste, and recycling sections
* Perform minor maintenance tasks as required
Requirements
* Experience in cleaning or maintenance (beneficial but not essential)
* A hands-on approach and keen eye for detail
* Passion for doing the best job possible
* Drive and independence to carry out tasks efficiently
What We Offer
* Competitive hourly pay rate based on equal opportunity and pay structures: £12.40 - £12.60 per hour
* Additional £2.00 per hour for bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for night shifts
