About the Role
  • As a Senior Electrical Building Services Engineer, you will be responsible for producing electrical building services design calculations using industry-standard software and techniques.
  • You will work closely with the Building Services Team to deliver on schools and corporate maintenance programmes.
  • Our ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills and experience in producing feasibility reports, condition surveys, design specifications, and drawings suitable for all RIBA work stages.

The company offers a competitive salary range of £45,000-£55,000 per year, depending on experience, and benefits including 25 days annual leave, pension scheme, hybrid working, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
