We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Technology Assistant to join our team at Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our electronic assistive technology solutions.

Your key tasks will include:

  • Providing technical assistance to clients and staff
  • Maintaining and repairing equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Collaborating with clinicians to deliver electronic assistive technology solutions

This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to patient-centered care. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.

**Estimated salary:** £22,000 - £27,000 per annum

The successful candidate will possess:

  • UK Full Driving Licence
  • Good standard of education to GCSE level, including Maths and English
  • Relevant experience working in a technical environment
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office
