**Job Description:**

We have a vacancy for an Extra Care Operational Lead to manage the day-to-day operations of our Extra Care service in Harrow. This role is ideal for an experienced manager who wants to make a real difference in the lives of older people.

Your Role:

  • Manage the operational management and quality assurance of the service
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including the housing provider and service users' families and friends
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver excellent service delivery

Requirements:

  • Degree level qualification in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare, social work)
  • At least 3 years' experience in a management role in a health or social care setting
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of CQC quality requirements and care standards

What We Offer:
