This role will be a key member of the senior leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO. As a Strategic Operations Lead, you will drive operational performance and delivery across social care, bringing pace and influencing at senior levels.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the commissioning landscape and be passionate about delivering high-quality service delivery. You will be based in our Head Office in Harrogate and work closely with locality offices as required.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
