Requirements:

They must also have experience supervising and guiding others, a thorough understanding of the Care Act and CQC's Essential Standards, flexibility in scheduling, and a minimum of 3 years of experience providing care, including at least 1 year in a supervisory position. Estimated salary: £24,000 - £26,500 per annum.
